Mr. Forest practices in the areas of business organization, asset sales and acquisitions, governance, and shareholders s rights; real estate acquisitions, sales, financing, land use, partition, and landlord-tenant disputes; and wealth preservation

Mr. Forest has represented title insurance agents and underwriters in coverage disputes; minority shareholders and management in corporate oppression claims; individuals in lender liability disputes; start-up companies in real estate development matters; and creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Forest serves as a pro bono volunteer for appellate matters pending before the Supreme Court of Virginia.
